It may be the 13th but there’s nothing spooky about these stats. They show inventory levels are still down city-wide and an increase in sales. Prices are not dropping but haven’t taken to rising YET.
We call this time a “Buyer Attitude Adjustment” period, where the Buyer is not always in the command of the transaction. I think you’ll be pleased. Remember this doesn’t mean extravagant pricing but firm pricing for the home’s location and condition.
